Terms of Service — First Hub

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using First Hub (first-hub.net), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of service

First Hub is an AI tools directory and membership platform. We provide curated reviews, ratings, and comparisons of AI tools. Members may also access discounted pricing on partner tools through our volume-based partnerships.

The Hub and reviews are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party tools listed on our platform.

3. User accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Membership and billing

Free tier (Explorer): Access to all tool reviews, ratings, and the Hub directory at no cost.
Paid membership: Monthly membership at €12.90/month or annual membership at €9.90/month (billed annually at €118.80).
Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.

5. Partner tool discounts

Member pricing on partner tools is subject to availability and the terms of our agreements with each partner. Discount rates may vary and are not guaranteed to remain at specific levels. First Hub acts as an intermediary — your subscription to each partner tool is a separate agreement between you and that tool provider.

6. Content and reviews

All reviews, ratings, and content on First Hub are based on our team's hands-on testing and honest assessment. Reviews are editorial content and reflect our opinions. We do not accept payment for favorable reviews.

Partnership status with a tool provider does not influence our editorial reviews or ratings.

7. Intellectual property

All content on First Hub — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of First Hub LLC or its content creators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content or reviews without permission
Share member pricing links or discount codes with non-members
Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

9. Limitation of liability

First Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or support of third-party tools listed on the Hub, even those in our partner network.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
